Hi, I am new to this site but I have been playing Candy Crush for a long time. Has anyone else been at the top of the leaderboard on Sam's Sweet Streak but didn't get their reward? I didn't get anywhere by using the Help Center. Any suggestions?

I am sorry to hear that you did not receive the reward from Sam's Streak event!!
Did you come in the first place? Did you click on the "Claim Reward" tab and did not see the reward? I have noticed that, lately, the rewards pop-up will stay up for only few seconds and then disappear. Do you think that is not the case?
If so, you will have to contact King Player Support and ask them for your missing rewards. If you are on computer, you can go to this link to send your complaint --> https://soporto.king.com/contact
If you are on mobile device, you can send your complaint directly from your game App.
