Unable to get rewards

For the past 4 days I have been unable to get rewards from both Time Machine and wheel. Whenever I go to the wheel the Time Machine pops up as well in the background and I’m unable to get either reward. This hurts my ability to not only enjoy the game but also prevents me from getting my rewards.

I’m sorry to hear that. What platform are you playing on? Can you take a screenshot of what happens? It will help the studio figure out what is going on.
