Thanks! Clearing the cookies worked. I don't know if you have to clear both cookies and cache, but clearing the cookies worked after clearing only the cache didn't. CC is restored to the correct level and boosters on Chrome but I did lose several lives from friends that were sitting in my envelope.
Hi Mary Kay, a player posted the response below here on King Care and he was able to resolve it.
"You need to go into the Chrome/Settings/Advanced/Cookies area and look for cookies that include "candycrushsaga". Just delete them. Restart Chrome. You will not lose boosters or other game settings. Good Luck!"
This happened to me too. My chrome is up to date and passes the suggested browser test. I tried clearing my cache, that didn't help. I can play fine on Firefox but I prefer Chrome. I only get an old version of the game with Chrome.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
