suddenly my game on laptop has gone from the new version of candy crush saga into the old version need to get the new version back please help

This happened to me and clearing just the browser cache did not work. You need to also clear all candy crush cookies, so don't uncheck that box unless you want to manually search for only candy crush cookies and delete them. I still don't know if you need to clear both cache and cookies but I'd try cookies first as cache first did not fix the problem for me.
