Please help me CANDY CUP

Who can help me? I suddenly lost all the progress of the game while participating in CANDY CUP. I spent a lot of time in order to reach the final, and now everything has been lost. I am very frustrated. My game ID: j-sweet@live.cn

Can someone tell me why this is? I can't sleep or eat because I'm too sad

I have tried to log out of my game account and log in again, but I still cannot display the progress of CANDY CUP. I have 340000 points and am ranked third in the finals. Can someone help me solve this problem?

I didn't see it, I kept trying to play the game and pass the level, but there was no new accumulated points page displayed

Normally you need to play a few rounds on a new device for the event to retore/update. Go ahead and play your favourite levels.

I believe your score is still intact. It's a matter of updating. Maybe it's due to peak hours.

When you continue playing, did you see this screen after the level was completed.

Unfortunately, I have tried many methods, such as restarting my device, exiting the app, and waiting for a long time before opening the game. However, my CANDY CUP still cannot re-enter, with only 15 hours left. I have already anticipated that I will lose the ranking I worked so hard to obtain, and all my efforts will be reset to zero

This happened to me very often. I just played a game and it came back. Even by going to the map and come back to the event page will restore your score and ranking. I guess it takes a while to update.

Not sure this will work for you.
