Why the bullion race on a level no longer exists when I play, the squirrel too for that matter. Impossible to move forward, I play in slow motion. If this continues I stop if I have no solution

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
