On 27 July & 31 July I have again been charged double for purchasing the Piggy Bank ($4.49*2 on both occasions). This has happened on 3 previous occasions (13 Nov17, 1 Jan18 & 15 Apr18). I have reported past double charges to both King & Apple and have had them dealt with. I have been purchasing the Piggy bank with no problems (it is the cheapest method of acquiring gold bars) but the double charges started again. Seeking confirmation as to whether I should stop accessing this function as it is very frustrating. Regards, Mich

When this has happened on 3 previous occasions it was addressed by King Care Staff on this site. If I don't hear from them I will progress.

Yes they used to handle the purchase issues here but now direct them to the link that I sent you above. Please make sure that you hear from someone so that they credit you back for this.

The link refers me back to Apple so I will await a response from King here.
Awaiting a response from a King Care employee in respect of continuous double charge on the Piggy Bank. Apple have advised me that this is a Developer responsibility.

Hi Possum77, I'm not sure that you will get a response directly in this question but you might get a response in the envelope above next to your profile picture. Check that at the beginning of the week because they aren't at the office during the weekend and yes Apple is correct that it is the game's issue.
