Help to regain Level due to defective tablet

My mother has played this game for some years and achieved level 1,327 or thereabouts. Knowing that her tablet was damaged she tried to sign up an account with you to save her progress. Unfortunately, the email address is incorrect having added a 'y' on the end and password used is not recognised.

So although the email address is recognised on your system she can not change the password to recover her progress on another tablet as you send a message to the incorrect email address.

Can you send me a private message so I can in turn provide you the correct email address and update the account. My mother is not on facebook and has google mail only.

Hi and Welcome to the King Community

Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your new account.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!

It's important that you choose "Problems with my game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic.

Please feel free post in new thread since this post from 2018. Thank you!

The account was set up within the game on the tablet app so think it is on the Kingdom account. So will set up a new account on another tablet as before. Await your instructions. Profile is Susan G. Account now set up and awaiting your further assistance.
