Also, I noticed that your screenshots are for Candy Crush Saga, so you are in the wrong forum. This forum is for Candy Crush Friends Saga, so I will have your question moved to the CCS forum so a Moderator for that game can explain the portrait view of CCS.
Your site has no link, at least for me, to complete a ‘Score and progression sync’. I have no option for this task.
Both of us play on Facebook and neither one of our accounts are synced on King.com? I cannot play well on a phone app, so I just play on FB. I will try your instructions.
Hello @DAC. This is a curious phenomenon. If the problem is not related to your computer, it might be related to your profile. Here are some questions to help us better troubleshoot your issue:
Do you and/or your daughter play CCFS on Facebook? ...or on King.com?
If you play on Facebook, is your account synced on King.com? If not, do the following on your PC:
Is your game app up-to-date? I am currently on version 3.3.2. If you are not, please update the app.
Have you tried playing on a different device, such as a mobile phone? If so, do you get the same smaller screen?

Mine is doing the exact same in such small screen of graphics I can't even play the game any longer. Don't blame my computer because my daughter plays the game on my computer and yet her profile does not create the same screen type.

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
