LVL 2977

After being on this board for 5 days now I've decided that I have no more interest in playing it again, since you feel that it's ok to give nothing and call it a hard board, I feel it's equally ok to say thanks but no thanks. I know, you don't care but that's ok, this is your game and you can do what you want with it.

Hi Elsa, just want you to know and you can tell King if you want....So they gave me the magic board and then gave me a bunch of freebee boards so know I'm on LVL 2984 and have been for the last 4 days. So here is the jist of things... I rather struggle with a difficult but beatable board than have a board that gives you 0 chance and call it hard. It's not hard, they give you no chance, can't beat something that is hard if it has no solution, it is nothing more that a shuffle of mostly given moves and to be honest extremely boring. So now I'm at the same point I was when I first started this, simply put...I will be retiring from this game if I don't get the "Magic Board" by tonight. If I don't, It was nice talking to you! P.S.- I don't play any other King games for this reason...

Je parle Francais un peux! The funniest thing is that I grew up in Montreal with English speaking only but in my early 20s the French Canadian people decided that they wanted everything in French because they were the founders and original settlers. I remember them bombing mailboxes. Then I moved to the USA and when I would go visit all stores only spoke in French. I only learned how to read and write in French but I do remember having a French teacher when I was in 8th grade and she would only speak to us in French. So just now I went and typed out what I remember of my French (first sentence) but I wasn't sure that I spelled 'un peux" correctly so I went to Google to translate and the spelling is now coming up so different than what I learned in school. Now they are translating it as "Je parle un peu Francais". Amazing how even translations have changed over the years.

LOL...I'm Canadian, but my mother is from France, I did live in Quebec in my youth and attended french school, so I am very bilingual et oui je parle Francais.

Hi Pierre, this is the sweetest response that I ever got from a player here on King Care. Thank you! If you think CC Saga is frustrating, try to play their new game Diamond Diaries. You don't know me but I can tell you that I learned how to curse real good with DD! That is the most frustrating game that I have ever played and yet, like a dummy, I go back to it every single day and many times during the day trying to beat each and every level. Us Superstars have already told a King Admin that they are not giving enough moves to clear a level. Why do I keep going? I haven't figured that out yet.

Personal question (you don't have to answer if you don't want to) - with the spelling of your first name I am assuming that you have a French background. Is it from France or are you a French Canadian? Growing up in Montreal there were a lot of French Canadians so the spelling of your name caught my eye.

Elsa...you seem to be a nice person and when I say "you don't care" I'm not referring to the Mods that try to help. I'm referring to King itself. If they feel it's ok to keep someone on the same board for a 100+ attempts then yes I do want to move on. If they feel it's important to frustrate people to the point of quitting, specially long term players... If they want to call a LVL super hard it's because they give you no means of defeating the lvl without them releasing what I call the "Magic Board". The lvl isn't hard, it's designed to frustrate you into spending money, which I won't do unfortunately. So my options are to continue being frustrated or just simply move on. And after playing this game for multiple years and almost reaching the 3000 plateau, I'm ok with moving on. So please don't take it personally, as it is not about you or the other mods, you all do a wonderful job of trying to help.

Hi Pierre, thank you for writing us here at King Care. I see that you have had issues with a lot of the Candy Crush levels. Sorry to hear that you are willing to give up the game but that is your decision. Maybe staying away from the game for a couple of days and then coming back might give you a different perspective.

Regarding "you" not caring or "you" can do what you want with it, I'd like you to know that the studio for this game sets the levels but they also monitor them to see how doable they are. "You" meaning me is a volunteer that comes here to help players with their issues. I do not get paid and the payment that I get is a thank you to lots of players who I do help. Sorry that you are feeling a bit negative but please take a break and come back in a few days.

No option to buy extra moves or watch ads after level ends - (Edited by CM: Fixed!)
End game directly once moves running out, I cannot use the gold to buy more moves to clear level suddenly. Thanks
