So, I get that neat little medals, it says "1 Win Streak", and it won't go away, ...
I have to force stop the game and restart to continue playing.

Think it's because of the "Buddy Challenge".
Just got an update from a King Admin regarding this and she said that a fix is in place and should be fixed with the next game app release which "might" be in another week.
And now it's up to "2 Win Streak"

Hi Cee Crush, I just checked on my iPhone and iPad and I am not getting the buddy challenge so now I wonder if this darn thing is another testing thing. I am going to elevate this to a King Admin and have her look into it. She is gone for the weekend so she won't see this message until the beginning of the week.
I’m having a similar problem. On iPad, I click on the buddy button—confetti comes on the screen with a reward to claim—when I touch claim, a winning streak logo comes on the screen with a dark background—then there is nowhere to click to get back to the game—have to double click and swipe up to close game and then it does the same thing when I reopen Candy Crush (even tried logging out and then logging back in.)
Hi Christina, I'm not familiar with Android devices but do you clear the history daily? Please do upload the print screen here and I can then take it to the Superstars to see if they have an answer for you.

That is so strange Christina! I had someone respond back to me today saying that she is not getting it anymore. LOL! I reported it to the King Admin and told her to find out if it's a glitch because we are not getting the rewards. It's not as contagious as Rami or Didi who caught each other's illness and now they aren't giving out rewards!
I am having the same problem. On top of the freezing, I also lose my bonus because it takes more than a half hour to reset itself.

Hi Susan, last night I cleared a couple of levels and I am now at 5! But I did get that stupid reward of a half hour use of a color bomb
No change so far screen is frozen.....
Well I put in a notice for the King Admin but it's the weekend so she won't see it until she gets back into the office.

Hi everyone, The last couple of days I'm not able to watch any ads (for extra moves or lives) :( did this feature disappear? I already tried re-installing the app, but after connecting the app to fb again, I lost some cassettes and still no ads :(
why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with “cannot connect”. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
