Hi - are you looking for the Barbie special events? Try playing a level or two and then see if the current Barbie event going on in the game appears?

If it still doesn’t appear, make sure you have the latest version of the game, clear your cache and turn your device off for at least 10 seconds, then once you turn it back on play a level or two and see if you have the Barbie event(s).

However if you mean you played the event and didn’t get your prize, first make sure you hit claim on your event tab and if you still didn’t receive it, please contact player support.
