Hi - are you looking for the Barbie special events? Try playing a level or two and then see if the current Barbie event going on in the game appears?
If it still doesnโt appear, make sure you have the latest version of the game, clear your cache and turn your device off for at least 10 seconds, then once you turn it back on play a level or two and see if you have the Barbie event(s).
However if you mean you played the event and didnโt get your prize, first make sure you hit claim on your event tab and if you still didnโt receive it, please contact player support.

Good morning, so Iโm noticing with the all stars that Iโm stuck at 131 blue candies over the past 10+ levels. And at one point I saw where my score doubled and then went back to 131 and it hasnโt moved despite collecting blue candies when the other scores clearly have moved making it almost impossible (as always) to catchโฆ
