I can't receive any lives as my envelope will not open, can anyone help me please?

Does the envelope show as open? Please note that if the envelope is open, this means you do not have any lives or requests and will not be able to open it.
However if that is not the case, try restarting your device, then make sure the game app is up to date. If that doesn't help, disconnect the game app from your Facebook or King account, close the game app, open it again and connect it back.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
