I have no idea is this intentional, but if it is, it is so stupid. I don't play the game for too long, I am on 300+ level, and I had about 130+ winning streak.
Then I went to easy level, I first got a message that there are no more possible moves. Then after shuffling, that message appeared again, and even with 25 turns left ( it was not a level with bombs to end my game with moves left ), the level is failed. And now I lost all my boosters from winning streak!
So my winning streak is gone because the game could not generate level with possible moves!?
And also this message makes no sense. "You are among 1m players with win streak on this level" on a failed level!?

Hi @Mare13ki That was tough and I am sorry you lost your win streak in this way! This level (video below to illustrate) starts with all blue candies, lots of chocolate and a striped and wrapped candy. Without boosters there is just the one possible first move here, which will open the board up. I wonder if your win streak boosters interfered with this somehow. It is very annoying and unfair. It may be an intentional way by the design team to halt player's win streak. I have come across some other levels where this happens. Don't worry though, you will probably get your top win streak back quite quickly. Good luck with your game!

Most probably my boosters interfered with the board because I have a lot of them, I watch every single ad, and I won some competitions or whatever they are called so I won a lot of boosters and I was using them even on easy levels since I had so many of them. But I am sure this was intentional since I didn't lose a single level for days, it is unfair indeed.
If there is justice, developers would bring back my streak.. but unfortunately, this is just one mobile game trick.. 😁

Yes, your guess might be correct, too many boosters on board interfering the flow of the candies.
I had a few occasions with starting board. It's my default mode starting with double CB, Wrapped/Striped Candies plus whatever additional booster(s) available. When bad luck struck, I'd have the starting board shuffling twice, with "oops, there's no possible combination" - end of play, and my win streak gone back to zero.
Two weeks ago I lost my win streak progress, when I resumed playing after a short 8 hr break.
Frustrating, to say the least, especially knowing that King won't help to restore it. But like Christine was saying, we'll rebuild the win streak (I'm now at 25). Best of luck to you.

King was just reminding you that you're (were, past tense) among 1m players with win streak on this level when you embarked on it,( but you lost it).

Since now it is obvious that boosters can ruin the level/board, then there is clearly a job for developers to fix that. Thanks, best luck to you as well
As for the message, hmmm, I am not an English native speaker but isn't "You're" the same as "You are" and not "You were" 🤷♂️
