How do I add new payment method

This depends on the device you are using. If you play on an Android device, you need to go to your Google Play account and add your payment details there. If you play on an Apple device, you need to go to your Apple ID/iTunes account and add payment details.
If you play on Facebook, go to settings and search for add payment details and you will get redirected to the right place.

If you play on Facebook, then check with Facebook Support on how to edit or remove your payment details. I also found this page on Facebook Support.

Unable to purchase
