Lose helmet progress

I acheieve the helmet helper or the space ship, then regardless of pass or fail of next level, if I close candy crush at all, I lose the helper to start levels. Also, I have the helmet or space ship helper symbol next to my picture at th beginning of the stage, then when the game screen loads, I have no helper. Please help, or I’ll quit. Thanks

From what I have heard this should be fixed with the next game app release which should be in about a week.

Hi Niki, are you referring to CC Saga or CC Soda Saga because I thought the helmet is in CC Saga. If that is the case then I want to let you know that it's not working correctly and has been reported to the studio.

No I haven't been given a time frame when it will be fixed. The studio never gives us time frames. Usually it's the players that write here or in the Facebook groups that let us know when it's fixed.

So I have had an update on my candy crush within iOS, and the helmets still disappear. Now what I have to wait another 4 weeks like this, for nothing? Why bother playing if I can’t compete in the side challenges etc. This is complete bs.

Hi Niki, unfortunately the Space Dash was not a priority since there was a Windows 10 crash that needed attention. I know that a lot of the challenges have glitches but I don't know in which order they will be resolving them.
