Lives are directly stored to your Phone memories. If you reset your phone or delete caches or data then everything will lost. In addition to login and logout it will lost. Did you reinstall the game? Or did anything of the above? Bear in mind that lives are not stored in the king server. Use it whenever have and do not store more than 10 lives. It's risky.
