How do you withdraw from the buddy challenge?
I've got the buddy challenge on only one device. None of the others have it, thank goodness. I have two problems.
First, I was just paired with a really creepy guy (picture of him is shirtless), and I don't want him as a buddy.
Second, since this new buddy and the change in the challenge where either one of you win and you both win, my tablet (Samsung Galaxy S2) locks up when the game says we won the challenge and it give me the reward. The picture blows up to maybe 3 times the size of the page, and it totally locks up the game.
If I could solve my first problem and get rid of the buddy (and never get stuck with one again since I didn't ask for one to begin with), I would solve the second problem. Can you help?

Hi Sue, that sounds terrible that your buddy looks like that! There is a glitch with this challenge and the studio is aware of it. We are all waiting for a fix. It is supposed to give you a choice of buddies so that could be one of the glitches. Both of you have to win in order to get the rewards.

I can't play at all with the glitch. My screen is frozen and blown up to maybe 3 times the size it should be. I thought maybe if I could get rid of the buddy it would solve that problem, but I'll just be patient. Sigh.

Hi Sue, it's not easy being patient when your game freezes. I suggested once that they take the challenges off until they are fixed but I guess they didn't like my idea because the challenges are still there and not working well at all.

Hate this buddy challenge as well, when ever I get a reward, it is "shared" with a buddy, not will to put hrs into what they call my "progress" nly to be told pard of my progress will be sent to my buddy! I don't know this dude, mine is also creepy. I feel like this is spam.

Buddy Challenge is a horrible way to meet creepy new people and have your privacy invaded by King - and they wont change it or take it away - shame we have to delete the game but, we are a small minority compared to the King people who don't care

Do we have a buddy when the new levels come out tomorrow. I'm not going to lose all my spaceships if I pass the level but my buddy doesn't. So if this is the case from now on that we have to play with a buddy I say SO LONG CANDY CRUSH. It's been a great ride but I'm out.
