I cannot find my piggy bank. It was there this morning. It was full as of this morning. Now I can’t find it anywhere and I am ready to empty it.
I will pass this on to the Moderator for you and she can look into your account to see what might have happened, or find out if this is a glitch or something like that. Hang in there. I will pass this on for you now.
It’s still not there. I tried to clear the cache for the game but cannot find it. I don’t know if you have this capability with an iPhone. Please help! Lol
No problem...that is what we SuperStars do. I don't have anything else to do right now, so I love coming here and helping the players on my off-time. I don't know if it is the same on an iPhone as it is on Android, but in Settings, you look for Apps, choose the game name (Candy Crush), click on Storage, and in there you will see Clear Cache and Clear Data. Only clear the Cache because clearing Data will make you lose your boosters (not your progress though as long as you are connected to The Kingdom or FB). Once you clear the cache, you just need to relaunch the game, reconnect to The Kingdom or FB, and see if the Piggy Bank is there after that. If not, as I said, I will be glad to pass it on to the Moderator who can look into it more since they have all the account info that we don't. Hope that helps! Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
Is anyone else’s games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters.
