I have completed level 3170 Andy Crush Saga on my iPad and been told no further levels available. Please can someone assist

There are currently 3710 Levels on Win 7 and phone probably, 3770 on Win10.You should update the app to get the latest content.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
