Why am I being double charged when I purchase coins? I have been charged $21.74 six different times for a $9.99 purchase. I've sent in request for refund to Apple and they said it is not refundable. This is not right.
Hello and welcome to our friendly community. There could be several different reasons why you can’t purchase online.
The most common one is that you have lost internet connectivity with the game.
If you get a message saying the purchase didn’t go thru or you can’t even try and make the purchase, there may have been a brief drop in signal that caused the game to go into offline mode and you can’t make purchases when you are offline.
What platform are you playing on and what kind of message are you getting when you try to make a purchase?
