I won the 500 gold bar jelly bonus but did not receive it. It came on up on the screen saying "you received a bonus like no other" and showed 500 gold bars but they never went to the gold bar bank. How can I receive them?

Hi with the Candy Royal it is a share of 500 gold bars with all the players that are chosen to play the challenge if you reach the required levels on your map you will then receive a share it is usually around 20 to 30 maximum it is never for the full 500 as others will have participated 💓
