Why are there only 13 moves in level 1937? Not possible, not funny

Hi i updated candy crush saga, but still 13 moves. I also read that there are more complaints about the moves in this level
I just checked and there are 40 moves for this level. Please make sure your cache is clear on your device and that it is updated. I don't see that it has changed any.
