For the last 2 days when I try to launch the game via Facebook I receive an error stating "You have experienced an error we are trying hard to fix, try again in a moment. I have rebooted, updated Firefox, and it still gives me that message. Prior to this I seemed to have a RAM leak that only occurred during game play. Is this a known problem, is there a fix on my end? This started on Thursday and is continuing until now.
Although variety of browsers work well with Facebook, Google Chrome is still the best among its competitors and named the Best Browser for 2019 (Article Link: https://www.digitaltrends.com/computing/best-browser-internet-explorer-vs-chrome-vs-firefox-vs-safari-vs-edge/).
I never had that error with Google Chrome for years when I play Candy Crush on Facebook. Maybe it is time for you to switch.
i never got bot on facebook and then i switched to chrome and they had it.. and now i do not get it on chrome. also never had challenges on facebook.. but had them on chrome. i switched to chrome and started playing again after a long time of not playing on facebook because i was feeling ripped off.. now i feel ripped off on chrome also. so i quit again

I have both Chrome and Facebook for years. Facebook does not have Candy Crush Saga Build-A-Bot at all. It never had it. Windows 10 App has it. It has much nicer and clearer HD Screen Resolution. You can use your Facebook log-in on this to see your Facebook Progress & Leaderboard.
