App not connecting to Facebook

I can’t retrieve my progress and when I try to connect the app to FB I get the following message.

“App not active: This app is not accessible right now and the app developer is aware of the issue. You will be able to log in when the app is reactivated.”

I was above level 2000! Help! I’ve tried deleting both apps and reinstalling them but nothing works. Anyone else having the same issue?

    I started a new game because I’m so used to playing but I’m not saving my progress. I hope they fix the issue soon! I literally was in the 2200s!
