what happened to my candy crush saga? i was on level 3600!!!!!!!!

Same thing for my mom. She plays CCS and Farm Heroes. She uses her FB and my dad's FB. How do I get updates on this post so I can help her fix this issue? I will be away from her desktop and laptop so updates about this via text or email would be great!!
