Your site tells me it's easy, but I have done the requirements and my Sugar Track was taken away. So, tell me explicitly, how do I get on the Sugar Track now. If the answer is that I cannot, then why do you tell people it's easy? Please answer that question: Why do you tell people it's easy if it is impossible?!? https://care.king.com/en/blog/article/candy-crush-sugar-track-is-here

Hello Suzy,
If you no longer have this feature in your game then please refer to the main thread where this topic is being discussed:
https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/what-happened-to-the-sugar-track-1033787556
The feature is not available to all players.
Kind regards,
Johnny
The question was not answered by the moderator. He did not address why the Sugar Track is advertised as being available to ALL players, but it has been removed for some. This is an unethical approach, to make false advertising claims. My question stands...in the absence of an answer to how I can get on the Sugar Track: WHY DOES KING SAY IT IS EASY TO GET ON THE SUGAR TRACK FOR ALL PLAYERS PAST LEVEL 35 IF IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR SOME OF US EVEN IF WE ARE ON LEVEL 2390? https://care.king.com/en/blog/article/candy-crush-sugar-track-is-here#sthash.m4DWUjZO.dpuf

Johnny, because the main thread does not answer my question. Which you would know if you read the questions carefully. If my question of how I can get on the sugar track is that I cannot, my question then becomes: WHY DOES YOUR SITE ADVERTISE THAT GETTING ON THE SUGAR TRACK IS EASY WHEN FOR SOME OF US IT IS IMPOSSIBLE? Phrased another way: Why do you folks think it's okay to falsely advertise the Sugar Track? Phrased another way: Why do you say that this is a test feature when indeed it has been an established, promulgated regular feature for almost two years? Phrased another way: WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO FIX THIS AND MAKE IT EQUITABLE FOR ALL THE PLAYERS?Hello Suzy,

Yes, Johnny. Your company is free to make disingenuous claims, treat patrons poorly, get upset when we call you out for unethical practices, and try hiding behind pat answers instead of doing the right thing by addressing the true concerns expressed by a growing number of dissatisfied users. And we can choose to stop playing CC. We can also alert our friends and followers about your practices. We can start throwing our support and money behind other companies that have similar games and much better customer support. We have social media as a tool at our disposal. You obviously have tools in your organization, too.Hello Suzy,
