I cannot play the game any more. I have arthritis in my wrists and cannot hold the tablet sin Portrait mode. Even if I could hold it I hate playing itt in Portrait mode. Note to developers and analysts...If it ain't broke....don't fix it....

I’ve never used landscape .. I’ve only ever played on iPhone in portrait mode
Same here! I suffer with Fibromyalgy and portrait mode is uncomfortable and sometimes hurtful for me when I play. In times where diversity is such a great word - you made quite a few steps back.... thanks for forwarding that issue constantly to the developers!!!
They must have lost thousands of customers. I refuse to play it until they reinstate landscape.
They obviously don't want customers.
I agree let us know if you bring back landscape mode and I will resume playing.

I don't understand why they want to lose so many customers. I have packed up playing it. If it returned to landscape I might start playing again....
I don't know why, but I have had landscape mode on my iPad all along. Once or twice it switched over, but even then that lasted only one day and the next I was back in landscape. Now it's been landscape only for weeks. I can't work out why so many people are having this problem while I don't, but I'm glad about it for sure.
I was hoping they would bring back landscape. I’ve not played since it changed and I played all the time previously. Really disappointed….come on change it back please.
I agree! While I don’t have a physical disability, playing in portrait mode on ipad is very awkward and annoying. Level 8000+ player and I don’t like this change. Please being back landscape option!
Bring back landscape, playing on a tablet is far more uncomfortable in portrait mode, and everything is smaller on screen, I’m on level 8926 and this has really changed my gaming experience!
Why has the game changed from full screen on iPad. Not a good change, can’t play it like this, please change it back .

please bring back landscape mode. This new change is VERY difficult for many players who use tablets. As a disabled person, I can no longer play because a. I cannot use my iPad in portrait mode and b. The screen is much too small and triggers terrible migraine attacks. I have been a long time player and you are going to lose me and many other customers due to this TERRIBLE change.

How do You request a new Link if the old is expired? It says that you can ask for a new one but where can you do this? I have contacted support but no clear answer how to get a new link.
