Just today the quit button will not let me reset you just have to play that level or loose

I know that I will lose a life if I quit after making a move. But what has changed is that now I also lose a life if I quit BEFORE making any moves. So I can no longer reset the level to line up my boosters in the way that I used to. And I don't understand why some can still do this and I can't.

Hi Jackie, I get my information direct from a King Admin who gets it from the studio. I am a King Superstar which means I volunteer to come here to help the players with their glitches and also to elevate the glitches.

As you are aware, this has been going on for weeks now and I would just like to know how you find out your information?. If you possibly can get somebody from customer care to confirm ANYTHING, so that our “select few” can decide which way to go. As for me, if you get this message King, I DO NOT WANT TO BE A TESTER ANYMORE, PLEASE GIVE ME/US OUR QUIT BUTTON BACK. Thanks Jackie

Hey guys, this is in a testing phase at the moment so whoever wrote in this message you are all part of the testing team. Not sure how they are going to determine if the test works or not but not all players have this. I also have this too in my game and lost the lives every time I quit before making a move.

I have the same problem space dash restarts ..but is is there anyway that it can be solved I re install the game but the same problem occurs can any one help me or any customer care here .or should I stop playing I am on the maximum level plz mail me on

I can see, Jackie, that you started this thread a couple of weeks ago. To me, it would stand to reason that if this was intentional by King then they would do it for everyone all at once. It doesn't make sense to do a slow roll out of this change. That's why I'm holding out hope that this may be just a glitch (albeit one that King doesn't seem to be in any hurry to solve). Anyway, thank you for starting this thread as it allowed me to see I'm not the only one. I hope there's a good resolution for all of us soon!

These losses have been going on for weeks now. Happening to some but not all. No one seems to be able to give any real explanation and King customer care will not reply.

Yes Craig it has to be a change made by the studio. So there is nothing that we can do about it.

Let's say that you played and cleared the first level so now you have a color bomb that will be added to the next level. Now you open the next level but you don't like the board so you try to exit out. It closes and you see that you lost a life - are the boosters still there or are they now gone because you exited the level? Was it the color bomb that you were rewarded that was gone or all the boosters accumulated that were gone?

I started this whole sorry question and if I reset I lose a life AND spacedash/morts, so basically you have only one go or lose everything. As you know this has now being going on for weeks and still no reply from customer care..........grrr!

If they're gonna take away that reset ability from us, they need to make it so that when we use boosters, they're actually usable at the start of the level. I reset when I use a colorbomb or a coconut wheel and they start out in a locked area and are completely unusable. It's a waste of a booster. Seems like every one of these new changes is designed to make us waste boosters and have to spend money. Really disappointing!

Yes - in your scenario Elsa, I lose the colour bomb if I try to reset the board (ie exiting before making a move). I lose the life and the colour bomb - before you could exit as many times as you wanted without losing a life, as long as you didn't make a move.Unlike Crystaltipps above, if I play the game and lose and exit the app then reload, I still lose the colour bomb. Before you just lost the life, but retained your space dash or helmet.

If I try to quit before playing any moves I lose both a life and any boosters from Space Dash or Mort’s helmet. However if I play the game and lose it I can still retain my Space Dash and Mort boosters by closing the app without quitting at the end of the game. I don’t lose any other boosters that I’ve earned through the daily spin etc.

I can no longer exit a level before any moves have been made without losing boosters and a life. Previously, I could exit a level without making any moves in hopes that the boosters would be rearranged in a more helpful configuration without penalty. Now when I click to exit, it asks if I am sure I want to exit. Definitely not helpful for those super hard levels.

Hey guys, I heard that with the next game app release there should be a fix. This should be in about a week but I don't yet what the fix is so we will have to wait and see.

Loosing the quit/reset hurts more than space dash/morts. It seems such a long time since it went!

Hi Jackie, you have to exit out of the game before making a move. If you play even just one move it's recognizing that you played the game. Is that what happened to you or is it something else?

I have exactly the same problem. No solution yet.

Happening to me too. I'm on 3665 and waiting for new levels tomorrow. This is going to make things so much more difficult if we can't reset.

When I went in today I'm no longer about to exit the level, even without making a move, without losing a life and any boosters I may have had. This is unplayable as I need a good board to be able to complete the level. So I could go in and out many times before I got a board I was happy with, now I can't. I see this has been happening to others here for the last few weeks. Has anyone has it resolved?
