Why cant you hit back button for new board anymore?

    Hi Kathy, it appears that the studio has made a change and you can no longer quit the level before making a move without losing a life.  I am gathering the messages here and creating a list to give to the studio so I will add your message to this list.

    It is not about quitting the level. It is before you start the level a person use to could hit the back button to get a new board. Now if you hit the back button it ask do you want to exit the game

     If you exit you lose that life.

    Hi Kathy, I have elevated this and it will be given to the studio on Monday.  I am not sure now whether it's a change or a glitch but all messages posted here this weekend will be reported to the studio, including your message.

    I joined this forum as i wanted to ask this same question !! This is ao frustrating without the option to have a new board without loosing a life and also the candy bonus. Please revert back to the old setting.

    Hey guys, a found a player who wrote this:

    The workaround is if you play in airplane mode you can quit and refresh the game and keep boosters. Also, you can back out of the level before you make a move and keep boosters. When I do this, it's back to the way it used to be for me.

    hello @Khaos yes its available for some players. its not working for me but i have 2 friends, when they open a level, if candy map not good then they can back to game.  =)

    Some levels are hard enough as it is. Being able to get a new board by backing out was a very small way to help just a bit. Candy crush is being stingy by removing this feature. They just want us to spend more money to beat the levels. This sucks.

    This is my last play.  I don't like not having the option to use the back button.  Peace Out.
