Hi and Welcome to the King Community
Recently a changed was made in the game to only let players play in Portrait mode (this is how the game would look like when playing on a phone). This change is also effective on Windows. Currently there’s no plans on changing this back, but please leave your feedback on the change in this discussion.

I agree. I thought I accidentally activated phone mode. Even on a phone I would probably want landscape mode. I have never played on a phone and don't want to.

If you want to force an orientation and save development and maintenance costs, force landscape. It is the better mode and many games played on phones force this orientation. It makes the most sense.

This change on PC is a total joke, which is just what King are known as in the industry. I'd say one day they'll learn but they're clearly showing that's very unlikely.

I'm an Ex-player until they make the change back. I'm just one person so the not going to miss my money but, looking at the number of negative comments all over the forums, they're going to lose a hell of a lot of customers if they don't change back to a full screen landscape mode.
Do King know what customers are? I'm beginning to very much doubt it!

Here we go again. Is this really necessary? I mean the size of the game. Showing as portrait again, in a landscape-app (Win10-app). Playing on a PC this just doesn't make any sense at all. There's no joy in this. Do you really want to kill this game? Please use your brain (before it's too late).

My opinion is still the same as last time the view changed, didn't like it then and still don't like it. If I wanted a tiny viewing area I would play on my phone. So for now I will just find something else to play while I wait for the screen to return to landscape. If it doesn't, then my crush days are over. The old eyes are not happy with the tee tiny screen.
