I have enough Google play store points to buy a voucher for in app purchases in candy crush. However, the voucher is a set value and it dies not match the value of any items available in the candy crush shop. Do I have to use the voucher in one go and potentially lose money or pay extra, or can the unused credit from the voucher be rolled over to the next purchase?

Google play directed me to ask the app developer directly about use of purchased voucher credits! They stated its the app developer who decides how the vouchers are used, if the total amount has to be spent in one go or if it can be used as credit. I have a £20 candy crush voucher but no purchases are that amount in the candy crush shop. So either I lose credit or have to pay extra if it has to be used in one go.

I also use my Google Play points to buy a $5 credit towards your Candy crush game and I'm not sure how to use it either it says it's applied but it doesn't work??????

Since the Community does not deal with the Purchase issues, I would suggest you to contact our King's Customer Support team to resolve the issue you are experiencing!

You will see a form to fill up. You will have to be careful what you choose at "Topic" and "Subtopic" slots. Please check the screenshot I have attached and choose those options while you are filling out the form (none of the others choices seemed suitable for me)!!
As you can see, you have an option to fill up the form in your own language too🙂
Make sure to describe about the issue in "Tell us what you need" field and Submit the Form.
You might be receiving an automated response as the acknowledgement of the complaint. And you should be hearing from an actual agent within next few days. If you did not hear from anybody within 5 days, please send a reply to that automated email and remind them that you are still waiting to be helped.
NOTE: Please do not send the complaint more than once, as it will confuse their system!!

I'm not sure if you've tried to use it yet and discovered the answer, but if it helps, I've just ordered a £5.00 voucher and when I noticed the line "or more..." on the details, I remembered your questions. I wonder if, because it's a special coupon (250 points for £5.00) rather than a Play Store credit voucher (500 points for £5.00) the T&Cs mean it cannot be partially used in a transaction??
If you use your £20.00 one towards a special Achievement Offer when it pops up at the end of an Episode, you'd get a decent bundle of Gold Bars and boosters for a couple of pounds 'top up' of your voucher.
Re how to use it, I've used one before as part payment, it just sits in your account and automatically applies to your payment options the next time you go buy something in the game with the balance remaining shown to be paid by Visa etc, no need to do anything to 'claim' it.
