I am sorry to say that it is not possible to "turn" the Ads feature on!!
All players belong to various test groups! It depends on the test groups we fall in! Sometimes, few test groups receive features within weeks, and some test groups have to wait for months, some even longer!! There is no way to know which test group we belong to.
So, all we can do is to keep our game App up to date and make sure there is enough free space on our device memory (minimum 2 GB is recommended).

It’s been weeks and weeks. Please turn ads features back on!!!
The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
