I cant get past the Loading..... page Have tried all the trouble shooting tips. PLEASE HELP.

When I try to open the Candy Crush Saga in Google Chrome on Face book, The loading page just hangs. It just doesn't get past laoding since yesterday! But other games open without any problem on the same page.

Also I have noticed that this game opens on other search engines. Why am I facing problem with Google Chrome? I have used all the tips advised by you including resetting the settings and clean up.

I got it sorted. I deleted the chrome search engine and re-installed. now it is working fine. Thank you.

Hi Lavina, there is a huge Windows crash that has been going on about 4 weeks now. It started with Windows 10 but has now affected Windows 7 and Windows 8 and now I am seeing it affecting Chrome too. Can you try to play the game on another browser such as Firefox or Opera instead? Please let me know if you have success on another browser.
