I cleared all the jelly and got rid of 3 cherries with 5 moves left but the 4th cherry never came out how can i pass the level when there is no fruit to get is this a bug

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
