I have completed up to level 7638 but my icon is stuck on 7588 and my devices will not synch up

If it's not worked, you make sure testing to complete Level 7587 then you click on "Force Stop" of this game from Settings and you reopen this game and check your saved progress that I hope this helps. 😊
