I had full capacity of lives in my inbox (200) and all of them are GONE.
I feel frustrated because I don’t understand why or how that could’ve happened other than an issue on candy crush side.

We are sorry for your trouble😭 I'm not sure why this happened to you because I haven't had any reports of others having this problem yet.
I will definitely report the issue to my team but you should also notice if the lives in your capacity are increasing.
