Why am i only getting 12 moves on level 2005 instead of 50? I used almost all my boosters trying to clear this level until i found out it's supposed to have 50 moves. Now I'm stuck.
The problem of having only 12 moves was reported 4 weeks ago and it is still not resolved.
I have been stuck on 2005 for days and I just (SURPRISNGLY) completed it with the 12 moves and 3 starting boosters. I may have woken my partner while he was sleeping because I was that excited to have done it (oh well). But IT CAN BE DONE with 12 moves!!!
I too had this problem on iPhone and iPad and no updates to download. Luckily I have just managed to complete the level by starting with a colour bomb, striped and wrapped candy and a coconut wheel, all of which I had earnt through playing the game. I did need to buy 5 extra moves (only used 3 of them) with 7 gold bars, but got back some for completing the level. So this old lady (72) is pretty chuffed given the comments I have read above. There seem to be only 2 options bite the bullet and use boosters and be prepared to use gold bars as well, or stop playing altogether.
Same problem here! I have used up boosters trying to solve it and realized it is impossible so I searched and found all of you having the same problem!
12 moves here too - but I swear the first two times i had 50
No ETA on a fix. King is aware of this issue and is still looking into it. Thanks.
Any idea when this might get fixed. I think 12 moves might be impossible.
I am only getting 12 moves which is impossible. I deleted the game and reinstalled it and it gives me 15 moves.still impossible. How do I get the 50 like it’s supposed to be?
I have the same issue. Up to date and only 12 moves. I don’t want to quit but can’t nest it with 12. Although I did get to within one move if winning
Something needs to be fixed cuz my issue is the same 12 moves should be more everything is updated and rebooted candy crush please fix

im also only getting 12 moves on level 2005 no matter what i play on and every thing is up to date theres no way i can get past this level
I am also having this issue. I don't play on the App. I only play through FB so I can't update it.
Also only 12 lives on level 2005 through facebook. Uninstalled and reinstalled the App no difference.
I don't see the 3 dots, but if you don't need the screen shot that's ok. Thanks for your help, hope they can fix this soon.

I just rechecked this level and there are 50 moves showing. You need to make sure your game is up to date and clear your cache on your device. This hasn't changed as far as I can see.
I tried clearing the cache and uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still only shows 12 moves.

I also have only 12 moves in level 2005. Everything is totally up to date. It’s the same on my iPhone and iPad. To try to get past it I used a party booster which I thought had done the trick but nooo.....I got the 3 ingredients only to find that it then still showed that I needed one that didn’t exist. Was not anywhere to be found. It’s obviously a glitch. So not only do I only have 12 moves, I have a problem with the ingredients. Can’t go any further in the game until this is sorted so any ideas?

Travelgirl--right above this box (where you answer) are 3 little symbols. One is to put in a link (like a document) one is for a picture, and one is for a video. You simply choose the middle one (pic) and a box will pop up where you put in the link for the pic and a description. That is the first thing they had to teach me too lol. I had NO idea, just like yourself, and I felt so dumb about it, so no worries. I don't really need a screenshot, as I believe you 100% that there is a glitch going on, but you will now know for the next time you have to send one. This is in the Moderator's hands so they will get back to you asap. Thanks again for reporting this.

Finally got rid of black blobs on Candy Crush, but have now appeared on Alpha Betty. Screen just flickers on Candy Crush. What is the problem? Why is King not publicly addressing these VERY WIDE spread issues, and why is it taking so long to fix? All issues started after recent updates. Android phone... I miss my games!!!
I have been trying to passando level 10611 for two days, but there is no yellow candy. I can see other players are having the same problem
Hello I've been at level 19081 for about 15 days and there's no way to pass without extra lives and boosters. The game has become boring without these aids 😞 Wow, they said the videos/rewards were in testing 😧😧 for over 12 years???? Testing????
