Cookie jam piggy bank

Lots have commented on opening the piggy bank on cookie jam. I see some paid $.99 up to $4.99.

It's saying to open mine I have to pay $19.99. Why is mine so expensive to open and what am I getting if I chose to pay it? I don't want to pay 20$ not knowing what I'm paying for.

Has anyone opened it? Just curious what other got.

Also it had me chose a game in order to post this. Cookie jam wasn't an option to I clicked on candy crush

Shop cannot be connected
