I finished all candy crush saga levels and I have to play to be the first in weekly contest but there's no new levels 😕

It's been like this for quite a long while, 3 new episodes every Wednesday, except on very rare few occasions King added a few extra episodes.
Rising up to the top of the game map has its price. I once lost my passion for the game because of nothing to look forward to in the game during the remainder of the week (6 days). I took a long break and have returned a few months ago.
3 new episodes just released, on time, 20:00 Singapore time.
Be patient. Mine usually arrive at Midday, that is Midday UK time. I'm not sure when they arrive elsewhere. It's 10.22 now in UK.

No harm done, but I'm not Mrs Developers, just a player. I am also on level 14690 like you. For me three episodes is enough per week. Up here the levels are pretty unenjoyable, boring and not much fun. If they don't get any better I'd be quite happy for them to stop at 15,000.
