Missing Transfer Tunnels on Level 2367

I'm not sure of the timing of "please, could you try again now?" but it's still not working ...

Cezdiamond, I just installed the September 18 update. I think 1.134.1. It is not fixed and I still have no transfer tunnels. There has to be a way to just skip the level and move on with the game. Frustrated, because my direct contact form to "the team" just sent me to the forum -- where there are no answers.

Hi Nicole, I will forward your message to a King Admin to check it out for you.

Yes, Elsa, that is correct. There is no portal in the upper left. The portal in the middle right area is also missing (where the end dots are). And the other two portals come and go.
