How to complete Level no 2310 I can't

Level 2310 .while you are clearing blockers, is to get the keys falling from the dispenser in the middle using stripes or stripe/wrap combos.Colourbombs are useful for collecting the keys once the licorice is out of the way and they are usually easy to make.Try to break through the blockers to allow the candies to drop into the bottom part of the board, then you can work lower on the board to make colourbombs and combos which will create cascades, leading to more jelly being cleared with little effort. There are only 4 colours on the board so making special candies and combos is pretty easy.

Unable to purchase
