Getting fewer moves than usual

In almost every level i am watching that i am getting less moves than they are supposed to give. For example in level 552 it's supposed to have 30 moves. But in my app i am getting only 12 moves. Can anyone suggest what is causing this glitch to happen continuously in my account? I have tried resetting / reinstalling / logging in and out but nothing seems to work

Hi Muyeed, thank you for writing us here at King Care. It's not a glitch. What happens is this - the new levels are released and immediately the video creators make a video for each level and post it on You Tube. The studio monitors the new levels to see how the players are doing - whether they are able to clear it or can't clear it. Then they make adjustments accordingly. A lot players have been complaining about this lately so I have created a list of these complaints and forward this to a King Admin who then forwards it to the studio. I will add your message to the list.
