My grandmother plays Candy Crush Saga all the time. The other day Facebook logged her out. She had to re log in and when she did, her progress from her game was backdated to level 1800 or near that when previously she was past 2000. She thrives on this game and a speedy response to help her would be deeply appreciated. All she does is play this game in her free time and now at this current state she is distraught because of this whole dilema. We have logged out of Facebook on every device, Deleted Facebook app, logged out of facebook on the game. Restarted the machine, checked for software updates, The issue persists.
