This gets to be very annoying as you can't possibly be updating that many times in one month. Having to go through everything then get to play the game. Can this be fixed.

While logging into the game you have to accept the terms and conditions of the game, but you will not get the message again while logged in. However if you are getting the message repeatedly then it means that your game is not fully connected to the server.
The message will also appear if you repeatedly log in and log out of the game or clear the app's data.
However I would expect a screenshot from you when you receive the message and I will definitely report the issue to our team if there is any problem there.
