If you are asking for +5 moves for each time we lost our level -- if you used to have the feature and not anymore, that was a test, which only few players have received it.
Either the game studio has switched off the test or it was moved to another groups of players! I am wondering that might be the reason you are seeing +5 moves in your game anymore!!
It does mean that you will not receive this feature again!! But, it will take time for the testing to be finished and the feature to be sent all players!!
All we can do is -- keep our game App updated and wait🍫🍫

If there is any error in the level we can definitely report it to our team but in this case your feedback is most important.
I would suggest you give your feedback there, the level designers are keeping an eye on it and I hope they will take your feedback.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
