its on my laptop and no it doesnt crash i just have to keep scrolling a bit to go to each bit from the bottom mostly

Hi all, i haven't been getting any new levels in about 2 months. I am stuck on 20,525 with no new levels while my friend is almost at 20,800. I followed all of the tips in the FAQ. Is this normal? When can I expect new levels? Thanks.
