Candy Crush has reset to Level 1 and Customer Care are not responding
My Kindle crashed on 12th July whilst playing CC. I was on level 2328 and it has reset to level 1. I have a Kingdom ac. How can I get to level 2328? I am getting a new device in a few days and I would like to resume playing. Thanks

Hey Larry, worry not! You will be able to get your level back, especially if you had a Kingdom account. All you need to do is follow the steps there: https://care.king.com/en/blog/article/have-you-lost-your-levels-a-guide-on-how-to-keep

Hi Larry, please replay the level to see what happens. Sometimes the avatar gets stuck on a level so you have to replay it and then refresh the game. Once you do that it should bring you back to your current level.

You need to keep your progress by logging into Facebook. That way you can get to your rightful level from any device. If not... You are screwed. Have fun starting over. A costly mistake.
