lost boosters due to malfunction of game 1181

purchased boosters for $1.99 and during the course of playing game 1181 some of the candies would not switch and lost the game and boosters to this malfunction. it was not my PC as other levels functioned well. I want a refund or my boosters used back.

Level 11924 Bug
this level requires 40 yellow candies to pass, but none fall onto the board. I’ve restarted and updated my phone, cleared the cache, etc.
Bug level 11924
No yellow candies appear and the level cannot be passed
I cant paly level no. 10611
I cant play level 10611, because yellow candy not come, its seems like software glitch. Please fixed it
